SOUTHWEST STOMP RECORD HOP is held monthly in the Pac West Room at the Dirty Drummer on 44th St and Oak in sunny Phoenix Arizona.
DJ Woof - Originally from So Cal, but been living in Phoenix for the last 20 years, DJ Woof has been hard at work to jump start a vibrant rockin' scene in Phoenix. Woof specializes in playing fast paced rockin' jivers that make it difficult to not jump on the dance floor.
DJ Tank - Deployed from the land of Saguaros (AZ), DJ Tank is equipped with uncompromising Rockabilly, Hillbilly, Jump Blues, and Rock 'n Roll. He has the uncanny ability to finesse the wax into one long smooth set full of jiving, bopping, strolling, and 2-steppin'. Tank's fun-loving attitude and battalion sized record collection has gotten him many gigs throughout Arizona and beyond including the world-famous Rhythm Room, Shangri-La, and the Western Swingout. His background includes broadcasting on Pirate Radio and performing on Route 66. This true lover of vinyl is locked and loaded for any dance floor.
Whether it is an out of town DJ or band, resident Ds Woof & Tank are brining in top talent that have never played in Phoenix.
